Sorry, folks!

After a lunatic carnival night in Torres Vedras, that's all I can do for today's lunch... VALMEDO'S MUSSELS...



Take:

* - 1 Kg of mussels
* - 1 big ognion
* - 3 garlic cloves
* - 1 red pepper
* - 1 yellow pepper
* - 1 leek
* - 1 tomatoe
* - parsley, q.b
* - 1 cup white wine
* - salt and pepper, q.b
* - olive oil, qb




Preparation:

 - Clean and wash the mussels
 - Saut the sliced ognion, garlic, leek and peppers in three soup     spoons of olive oil...
- When the vegetables become smooth join the tomatoe in pieces...
- let on fire for 10 minutes...
- join the mussels and envolve... 
- cook for 5 minutes...
- join the wine, the parsley and temper with salt and pepper...
- mixt well, let evaporate for 3 minutes and serve immediately with
chips and fresh white wine...
